Herbs de Provence is a combination of rosemary, thyme, savory, fennel seed, basil, lavender, and marjoram. These herbs add flavor to soft cheeses including Fromage Blanc, Chevre and Fromagina. It can also be added to cheese curds before pressing, or rolled onto the surface of soft cheese.
