Nonstick collar for perfect release. This high quality pan has a 9" diameter and its solid, comfortable handles are polished and riveted.

Cook's Illustrated highly recommends the Frieling Handle-It 9-Inch glass bottom springform pan above all the other springform pans they tested. It resulted in evenly browned baked goods and provided a near flawless release. The glass bottom helped them monitor browning and the helper handles were sturdy.
