Hand Crank for Bosch Universal Mixer

The hand crank for the Bosch Universal mixer fits down over the top of the Bosch BreadMaster dough hook and lets you knead dough in the bowl without electric power. The crank comes with a spacer that disengages the dough hook from the cross-pin of the drive shaft, so you aren't turning the mixer's transmission and motor. You can also knead manually using the crank with the bowl removed from the mixer. If you have electric power, of course you'll want to use the motor for kneading. But if the power is out, kneading in the bowl with the hand crank is more efficient than straight hand kneading. Made of tough, high-strength plastic.
