Seems to work fine, no problems so far. I built the base and gear cover out of wood, I'll send some pictures to PHG, and they can post them if they want to.

No more hand crank

The direct drive is the way to go over a belt pulley or drill attachment. So much tension has to be kept on the belt so as not to slip, but it wears out the shaft bushing quickly. The bit attachment and the drill big enough to run it will end up damaging the shaft end.

In the video it states that this set is for 1/2" and 3/8" motor shafts.
The small gear has an inner diameter of 5/8" and a bushing to bring it down to 1/2".

Works like a champ so far. Only used it for ten minutes. It does have a 1/8 inch wobble forward and aft, trying to get it centered out with the three bolts
