Love this Wondermill

Been making bread for our local farmers market! Having this new grinder has made my bread making experience so exciting! Been making organic Spelt-Kamut, sourdough bread. Hard to find

I've had a WonderMill for a few years and used it frequently, until the supply of bags ran out about 18 months ago. Sure there are "close enough" substitutes but none fit the bill and in the end made milling flour from our own homegrown grains more trouble than it was worth. We milled for our own use and for family and friends. About a month ago a neighbor mentioned Pleasant Hill Grain, so I looked them up and ordered a box of 100 and - perfect. Great to have them again and we're now happily milling like we used to. We're not the only ones pleased about that, but other than us no one else seems to realize without the bags, they'd have no fresh, terrific flour. Thanks, PHG!
