I bought my grain grinder at Lehman's in Ohio. However when I lost the filter that is needed to grind flour I couldn't find it anywhere. I searched the web for the right filter and no where could be found. Except by further searching I found it only at Pleasant Hill Grain. They had it shipped and at my house in two days, very fast. Therefore, I went from unable to grind grain and unable to make bread to happily baking bread again!

We stocked up and bought a "bag" of these filters 5 years ago, thinking we'd need them all as we have a large baked goods booth at our local farmer's market and all of our products are made with freshly milled flour (with our amazing Nutri Mill! ). We still have a bag full of filters 5 years later! We've maybe used 4 of them, b/c they last f. o. r. e. v. e. r. Our Nutri-Mill is still going strong too. Allows air through as well as filtering. I do wish it were a little tighter so as not to allow some flour through. Filter lasts between 1-2 years.
