Famag Head Levers, Set of 2

This pair of new style levers for the Famag mixer secure the head of the mixer down while mixing. Beginning in May 2020 all Famag IM-5S, IM-8S, and IM-10S mixers from Pleasant Hill Grain come standard with this style of lever. Prior to May 2020 mixers came standard with wing nuts.If your mixer came with wing nuts, we're offering the new style levers here in case you'd like to upgrade! The levers are easier to operate than the wing nuts are, and many people like the looks of them better, too.

I changed the original levers that came with the mixer, to these and am super happy with them. It feels just like the ones on larger bakery mixers I’ve used and more convenient to use. Highly recommend doing this simple swap.
