Great for autolyse

I have several of these extra bowls for both the Alpha and the SP20. They are a bit pricey, but having the extra bowls really increases the efficiency of my small bakery. They allow me to autolyse one batch of dough while starting another batch, without the heavy work of transferring dough to another container. With multiple bowls I can have several batches of different dough autolysing, increasing the quality of my product without ruining my workflow. We also mix up batches of quick breads in parallel, measuring the ingredients for two batches into two separate bowls at the same time. These are well worth the money for our situation.
