Great pans!!

Badly Discolored and Unusable

Even though hand washing is "recommended" it should be stated that these should NOT be put in the dishwasher. Very badly discolored after two washings. The aluminum has oxidized and I will not use them again. Wasted $44. After the first time in the dishwasher, the bread stuck to the pan.

Moderator : We're sorry your pans discolored! We've used these pans ourselves after washing them in the dishwasher many times, which leads us to think that the dishwashing detergent you're using may be particularly harsh on aluminum. With pans of this type, it is recommended to grease them, and then in combination with the pebbled surface you should get excellent release.
You should be able to restore your pans to like-new appearance by brushing them with scouring powder. The pans are not made with a surface coating, so discoloration won't affect performance.
