Baked donuts (with the right recipe) are just as satisfying as donut shop donuts. This is a great pan for baked donuts. It is just as non-stick as advertised. The size is just right for the batter of my favorite donut recipe (which is easily doubled now that I have two pans).. This pan is a good weight and a quality product. Best of all - it is non stick as stated.
