Much safer!

I ordered this glove at the same time I ordered the professional mandoline. I don't want to worry I'll get clumsy & slice a finger - which I've been known to do even with a grater. This takes all trepidation out of using sharp tools. It fits well & washes up nicely (I machine washed & air-dried). Will never use my mandoline without it!
