The two most important parts of any purchase for me is the quality of the product and the quality of service that I received. Both are excellent.
My 40-year-old French-made Cuisinart that I won in a recipe contest finally had to be replaced. The spindle had cracked, making it almost impossible to get blades on and off, and the work bowl handle had broken off. Per recommendations in Consumer Reports, I purchased a 9-cup Cuisinart. It is larger than my old unit but a bit easier to use with the pulse button. I recommend.
