Professional style cool-touch top handle makes flattening tortilla dough easy. Premium nonstick coating and 1000 watts of baking power for fast results. Has ready light. There are lots of tortilla presses on the market that last about as long as the typical curling iron... their lids and handles break after a few hundred tortillas, or their heating coils burn out. Our customers have been very happy with the CucinaPro. It makes great tortillas and it's built to keep working for a long time.
