Warm and citrusy at the same time, Frontier Co-op's coriander seed (coriandrum sativum l.) is enjoyed in curries and chili, cookies, and cakes. Coriander is the seeds of the cilantro plant (also called Chinese parsley), and has a lovely, fragrant aroma once ripened. All parts of the plant are edible, but the fresh leaves and the dried seeds are the parts most traditionally used in cooking. Our ground coriander seed is certified organic, kosher, and is sourced from Bulgaria.
