"Your outstanding orientation to customer satisfaction has set the standard for me for how a company should work with a customer."
— Jim Ballard, World Cup Coffee Shop, NC
In the Bosch Universal Plus mixer, Bosch recommends using the wire whips and batter whisks for pourable batters, not heavier mixes. The standard-equipment dough hook works great (and needs to be used) for very heavy loads of cookie dough. For moderate batches of cookie dough, these Cookie Paddles are ideal. Made by the U.S. Bosch importer, the paddles snap onto the Whip Drive—that's the oval/cone shaped part in the photo, which mounts on top of your mixer's bowl column. This is a very useful and popular accessory. Be sure to soften your butter before using the paddles.
This fits the Bosch Universal Plus mixer as well as all older models of Bosch Universal mixers.
To avoid damage, it's important not to use the Dough Glide accessory with these paddles.
"Quantity 1" for this item means a pair of paddles, plus the metal drive part that they attach to. The cookie paddles are also available without the metal whip drive, here.
The Bosch cookie paddles also fit the NutriMill Artiste mixer.
“These paddles work great. Have not had any breakage. If you're making a gigantic batch with super thick dough, of course they may break as they're plastic. Very happy with mine.”

By Roger M. in NC on 2/25/2016 - Verified BuyerMy wife uses the mixer a lot and finds the paddles superb to any other tool. Bosch is simply far and away the best mixer system out there! Would not own another brand! We have owned it for just over 35 years and have not replaced the mixer.13 out of 13 people found this review helpful. Did you?

By Melody W. in AZ on 6/13/2016 - Verified BuyerThese cookie paddles are great—sturdy and effective. They work with any cookie dough I've ever made and are effective enough to do thin batters as well. I can't live without them!4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you?

Wise advice! And we would add that the standard-equipment dough hook (the one for kneading bread) works great for kneading big heavy cookie dough loads. Thanks for your review Wendy, we appreciate it!3 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Susan G. in WI on 1/15/2019 - Verified BuyerI love being able to quickly make a double batch of cookies with these paddles. I had my mom's old ones and the gear teeth finally wore down so I had to replace them. Just make sure to follow the directions for using them! Use the metal driver. No really stiff dough with lots of oatmeal or nuts, no hard butter, no gigantic batches. Before you start doing any of those things switch to the big dough hook. Then they will last years. Oh, and make sure your center gear (spur gear) at the top of your bowl your bowl is in good shape. I replaced mine to make sure I wouldn't be damaging my new paddles.Moderator:

By Martha A. in IL on 12/13/2018 - Verified BuyerI like the assortment of paddles for the different mixes. What disappoints me, is that one of my previous cookie paddles broke. I had had it a few years, but it was one that I rarely used since I mostly use my mixer for yeast breads. Besides the cookie paddles, I ordered filters for my grain mill. I was pleasantly surprised that they were such a low price!2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Betsy C. in FL on 4/16/2016 - Verified BuyerMy husband bought these for me as a Christmas present. I have owned my Bosh for about 9 years now and with 8 children, they had worn out. I love using the Bosch and its accessories!2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Did you?
