The DMC 350MS commercial vacuum sealer offers automatic operation. Just place your bag in the chamber, close the lid, and the machine cycles automatically to provide fast vacuum sealing.
When the sealing cycle is complete, the vacuum releases and the lid lifts automatically, ready for your next package. Vacuum strength and heat impulse duration are separately adjustable. When vacuum sealing packages that don't completely fill the chamber, cycle time can be cut dramatically by placing poly spacing boards in the vacuuming chamber to reduce the amount of extractable air.
This 350MS model has a single seal bar, 13.6" long, positioned at the front edge of the vac chamber. You can use the full seal bar length for large bags, or seal several narrower bags at once by placing them side by side.
DMC 350MS sealers have a 20 cubic meter/hour vacuum pump. Outside dimensions are 22"W x 16.7"L x 18.1"H. The housing is stainless steel housings and the full-view lid is made of heavy duty unbreakable polycarbonate.

The DMC 350MS sealer is fast, easy to use, and seals our meat great, with or without bones. Maintenance doesn't take much time, and I believe it's built to last. Very happy.
At this point I’m reviewing my interaction with Pleasant Hill Grain and first impression of the DMC 350 vacume sealer since I’ve only had it a few days and sealed approx 30 bags. The customer rep that answered my questions and helped me figure which machine to order was excellent. I went with PHG because of their reputation and reviews even though the price wasn’t the cheapest. I felt like warranty and help with issues in that might arise was worth the difference.
The unit arrived in one of the best built plywood crates I’ve seen and strapped to a pallet. Good job! Nice package of “extras” came with unit and lots of instructions and paperwork. Manual tries to cover several models and changes and is a bit confusing but doable.
Finally convinced myself it was ready to use and went thru the set up and started sealing. I should have ordered spacers/ blocks to fill the chamber, you’ll get a better package if the bag is laying flat.
My only concerns are the signs that the factory quality control might be lacking, metal shavings inside the unit, paint on some internal parts that is already coming off and some screws not tightened. Time will tell.
These machines work flawlessly, second time I've purchased now. Good bang for the buck.
This machine is more than we expected. Started off with 200 lb of deer and hog and had it done in 1/3 the time and sealed better than any sealer we have ever used. This is not your run of the mill sealer, it's the real deal!!
