Completely disassemble the press according to the Product Manual included with the press, then clean all pieces in warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry immediately.

For years I wanted a burger press and almost bought one at the local restaurant supply but it was about $45 and I just don't cook burgers enough to justify that, but this one was reasonable so I bought it. Wish I had bought it years ago, it's so easy to use and I made burgers at about 100-115g weight for a gathering and the kids and adults alike loved them.
