Very surprised. I didn't have to stop. Only stopped mixer out of habit to scrape.. Couldn't believe the batter was completely mixed. The blade attachment does a really good job. just make sure ingredients are are soft/room temperature.

I would like to give a pat on the back to whom ever invented these wonderful, time saving, effortless little scrapers. Mine were wearing out and I was so thrilled to get another set. I have two homes (live 6 months in each) where I have a Bosch mixer in each; so I really use them year around where ever I am. Ingredients get thoroughly blended in and the sides of the bowl and the center post are kept continuously scraped - hands free. Yippee!
