Because the Aroma Turbo Oven doesn't use the harsh radiant elements of a conventional oven, heating is more gentle and more thorough, yet it's still faster!

Healthful: Preparing food in the Aroma Turbo Oven doesn't require extra fats or oils. Microwave ovens are popular for their speed, but concerns are mounting that the unnatural molecular changes caused by microwave radiation may have serious health consequences. And microwave ovens heat food extremely unevenly, incinerating nutrients in some areas while leaving other spots cold.
