This chili powder comes from dried and ground poblano chili peppers (dried poblano peppers are called ancho chili peppers). There are no artificial additives used at any step of the manufacturing process of this chili powder. Frontier Co-op's chili powder is certified Kosher, non-GMO, non irradiated and salt free.
