Amerivacs AVP-20 Impulse Sealer

AmeriVacs AVP-20 Impulse Heat Sealer: The AVP series was designed for heavy-duty applications, with 20" seal bar. End-mounted controls provide an expansive clear work surface. The AVP-20 operates on an external air supply (1 CFM@20 PSI), not included. A one-tap, steel encased foot switch provides hands-free operation. To ensure uncompromised seal integrity, the AVP will not fire an impulse until the upper and lower jaw close completely.

The air gauge is top grade for accurate calibration. All components are professional grade, including the powder coated aluminum pressure bar. Yet the AVP is still light enough (29 lbs) to be moved easily in your facility.

The AVP-20 will work on bags made for either commercial or consumer vacuum sealers, including Mylar, as well as plain poly bags.

If you need to seal 9mil or thicker bag material, a dual-sided heating option is available; call for more information.

Note: The AVP-20 is a sealer only, it is not a vacuum and does not extract air.

This sealer can be used with plain poly bags. It can also be used to accomplish de-facto vac sealing by using vac-sealing bags and including oxygen absorber packets in the bag before sealing. Commercial vac sealer bags or embossed consumer-type vac bags can be used for this.
