Several years ago we had one of these that last many years, until it wandered too close to the stove flame! When I saw this one at PHG I jumped at the prospect. It cleans beautifully and is sturdy enough for hardback cookbooks, and it will always keep those precious costly cookbooks looking new. Highly recommend.
