The 625 model blender features a capacitive touch and illuminated control panel with easy-to-see icons. The panel lights up with a single touch and shuts off automatically. The control panel's completely flat design is easy to wipe clean.

To use, simply slide your finger left or right to control the six-speed touch slider for customized blending. The truncated slider offers six different incremental speeds, and the Pulse button provides a burst of high-speed power.

Enjoy four preprogrammed blend cycle settings that speed up or slow down as needed. They provide consistently perfect results of your favorite recipes with a single touch.

Cycles: Smoothie, ice cream, whole juice, and hot soup.

You may add 1-2 cups of wheat berries or other grains to your pitcher, but using your blender to grind grain will scratch the pitcher, turning it permanently cloudy. This will affect how your blender looks, but will not harm your food. To grind grain into flour we suggest purchasing one of these  quality grain mills.
