The Zojirushi mini bread maker does an outstanding job of developing gluten and you can use the dough cycle by itself if you want, then finish baking in your regular oven... make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough, cakes—the possibilities are endless. Heir to bread machine greatness: The Zojirushi BB-HAC10 Home Mini Bakery has beefed-up pulleys and belt and control circuitry derive from a long line of award-winning Zojirushi bread machines. Its design provides superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with outstanding texture. And it shares the highly domed interior of the larger Zojirushi machines, which prevents your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little high. Pan inside dimensions are 4.5" x 4.5" with depth of 5.7". Pan lining is BPA-free.

You can blink now: Zojirushi Home Bakery Mini has a 10 minute "power interruption memory" so your bread won't be ruined if your power blinks off.

Easy to use: Just pour ingredients into Zojirushi's mini bread machine (unmixed!) and select settings (comes with an easy to follow manual.) The Zojirushi mini takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. A window on top lets you follow the progress, and if you want, you can open the lid during operation without resetting the cycle (it keeps running with lid open.) Comes with a full set of preprogrammed cycles for a variety of breads. This great new Zojirushi bread machine can be programmed for delayed start (up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning to the wonderful aroma of fresh bread for breakfast. Timer works for all bread cycles except Quick cycle

Flour choices: The Zojirushi mini bread machine works great with a wide array of recipes, including many that are included in the owner's manual. You can use pre-mixes as well as recipes calling for bread flour or all-purpose flour. Also, recipes calling for up to about 1/4 of the flour to be whole grain flour can be used. If you want to use more whole grain flour, check out Zojirushi's full size bread maker/bread machine models. They have adjustable raise/bake cycles and Pleasant Hill Grain includes our own instructions for using whole grain flour with the full size model.
