The Zassenhaus Vintage Bread Slicer delivers clean, even slices for everything from crusty sourdough loaves to soft, commercial-yeast sandwich bread. Expertly crafted from chrome-plated die-cast metal with beautifully finished wood, it combines timeless design with exceptional durability, making it a standout addition to any kitchen.

As the premium version of the Zassenhaus Classic Bread Slicer, the Vintage model offers several thoughtful enhancements. It features a built-in slice guide that supports each slice as it passes the blade, an integrated crumb tray for easy cleanup, six suction feet (instead of four) for greater stability during use, a larger blade for smoother slicing, and a foldable design for convenient, space-saving storage.

SUPERIOR GERMAN DESIGN

If you want a precision tool for slicing and cutting homemade bread in your own kitchen, look no further! The Zassenhaus bread cutter features an ultra sharp stainless steel blade with a special serrated edge made in Solingen, Germany. The six suction cups on the bottom of the base help secure the bread slicer while slicing. We've found that the suction cups secure best to glass, marble, and quartz surfaces.

ADJUSTABLE THICKNESS

This manual bread slicer is sure to impress you with its highly adjustable design that allows you to choose the exact thickness of your slices, up to 0.7”. The Zassenhaus bread slicer is the perfect tool for slicing everything from crusty artisan bread to soft enriched breads. Adjust the knob on the base to the desired thickness of your slice, and turn the handle as you guide the bread along the blade. To clean, simply wipe carefully with a damp cloth.
