The 615A features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 120 watt gearmotor. Micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to half-inch or thicker. Large multipurpose 7-inch stainless steel blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. Parts remove easily for cleaning, a serving tray (not pictured) and metal food pusher are included.

The Model 615A slicer is gear driven, so there's no belt to slip under load.

The Chef’s Choice 615 and 615A slicers are identical; the "A” simply specifies that it was made in a new Chef's Choice production facility.
