Slice all kinds of cheese, meat, bread and much more, quickly and easily with this quality new slicer from Edgecraft/Chef'sChoice®. The 615A features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 120 watt gearmotor. Micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to half-inch or thicker. Large multipurpose 7-inch stainless steel blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. Parts remove easily for cleaning, a serving tray (not pictured) and metal food pusher are included.

The Model 615A slicer is gear driven, so there's no belt to slip under load.

The Model 615A’s precision thickness control allows users to slice from deli-thin to approximately 3/4" thick. Its intermittent and continuous on/off switch and safety button secures food carriage in “lock” position to limit access to blade when not in use.

The Chef’s Choice 615 and 615A slicers are identical; the "A” simply specifies that it was made in a new Chef's Choice production facility.
