Baguette Pan
Depending on your cooking-culture slant, these perforated pans are equally adept at making baguettes or hoagie buns. Aluminized steel pan with quality nonstick coating makes it strong and durable year after year. Air circulates freely around dough creating crisp, golden-brown crusts on all sides.

I have been using this pan for about 5 years, probably between 5 and 25 times a year, with yeast and sourdough bread.
PROs:
-It cooks the bread as it should with a crusty, rounded, textured bottom.
-It usually does not need to be washed.
CONs:
-The non-stick coating is OK: it works alright for yeast breads but for sourdough I spray or rub a little oil on it, because it has stuck badly at times. It would be nice to have something like the silicone coating on USA Pans.
-In moving the pan around, it is sometimes problematic that the bottom is only supported on two parallel lines. Not really a big deal, but it would be nice to have a wire around the entire bottom edge.
I've used it once and it performed as expected. Size wise it was perfect. I used parchment paper.
I love the pan! Makes crisp beautiful bread!
Just what we had in mind, and delivered one day earlier than promised. A perfect no-stick pan.
I used this pan for proofing and baking no-knead whole wheat baguettes and they turned out great. My recipe calls for placing a pan of water underneath the oven rack where the bread is baking, to create steam to perfect the crust. The holes allow the bread to be fully exposed to the steam. It all went beautifully and I didn’t have to oil, line--or even wash the pan after baking. I like the size of the three compartments, and the construction seems quite durable.
After binge watching Julia Child and other various chefs I was inspired to try some new breads. This pan is just what I wanted so I can bake enough breads to share. This pan is great, the breads baked evenly and didn't stick at all.
Good quality steel pan. Rigid and ready to use.
Perfect to help form loaves and baguettes.
I've used this a few times with excellent results each time. I appreciate the uniformity and consistency in shape and doneness this baguette pan gives.
This pan will make my baking of French bread much easier.
