The Pro-Cut KT-8 commercial meat tenderizer/meat cuber is a very heavy duty, long life machine that provides great results with a high production rate. Even tough meat is turned into tender cuts by 43 hardened stainless steel cutting blades, each having many cutting points. In addition to tenderizing mechanically, this process greatly increases penetration and absorbtion of marinades and seasonings.
The KT-8 tenderizes boneless meat without tearing, making it easy to cook in less time, so meat retains its natural juices. A strong 3/4 HP motor and heavy duty gear transmission handles cuts up to 3/4" thick and 8"wide. Thermomagnetic motor protection guards against overloads. An available fajita attachment extends the abilities of the KT-8.
The commercial meat tenderizer has a stainless steel cabinet. For safety, a microswitch automatically disconnects motor if cover is opened. Dimensions are 9.5"D x 19.5"W x 29"H. Weight is 73 lbs.
The Pro-Cut KT-8 is safety and sanitation certified, conforming to ETL-UL std. 763, NSF-8 and Canadian CAN/CSA std. C22.2.
For great performance with any cuber-tenderizer, it's very important that your meat is chilled to about 32 degrees F. Warmer meat will tear and mush, and these problems are eliminated by proper chilling. Room temperature meat can be flash-chilled by placing on trays one layer thick in a freezer for 20 minutes.
