Slice meat, cheese, bread, vegetables and fruit quickly and easily with this quality slicer. The 609A features precision depth control and a strong, high quality 100 watt gearmotor. Micrometer control dial selects slices from deli-thin to half-inch or thicker. Large multipurpose 7-inch stainless steel blade handles a wide range of food sizes and shapes. Parts remove easily for cleaning. Serving tray included.

The Model 609A slicer is gear driven, so there's no belt to slip under load.

Works wonderfully!

I've used my slicer for many foods like tomatoes, onions, strawberries, chicken, roast beef and cheeses and it slices so smoothly and uniformly. I like to slice my chicken while still partially frozen because it has a solid form. It's easy to use and clean and I'm very happy with my Chef's Choice 609A Slicer!
