The Harvest Saver CDS Model R-5A Commercial Dehydrator: This commercial electric dehydrator is made in the USA. Cabinet and trays are stainless steel. Temperature is adjustable from ambient to 200° F. The duty cycle is 100%, so this commercial dehydrator can be run as long as needed for high moisture foods. Fully insulated for faster drying and lower energy cost. Fully electric operation. Adjustable fresh air inlet.

Great piece of equipment

I'm very happy with the CDS R5 dehydrator. After two years of use it's needed no maintenance and I believe it's going to have a long life. Instructions are simple and it's easy to program. Very easy to clean too. One of the advantages is the bottom catch all tray. No juice will leak out.

To anyone shopping I'd say buy it. Glad I did, it's a great piece of equipment.
