Quick Bread – Bread products including banana bread, pancakes, muffins, and biscuits which are leavened using a fast-acting leavening agent such as baking powder and baking soda.
Quinoa – (Pronounced KEEN-wah) A grain that, like amaranth, is considered a complete protein because it contains all the essential amino acids which human bodies are incapable of producing. (See our non-GMO organic quinoa.)
