Chamber Sealers
AmeriVacs AVC Series Chamber Sealers offer strong, long-lasting protection for your products. These sealers have a 22" x 22" x 4" chamber and weigh 118 pounds. Chamber sealers seal the items inside the vacuum chamber by quickly removing air with an automatic lid. The AmeriVacs AVCG-20 chamber sealer is gas-flush capable which allows you to seal your items in an oxygen-free package by replacing the air with an inert gas. The AVC Series sealers have one seal bar and 28.5 Hg vacuum pressure.
Additional options are available for AmeriVacs AVC-20 and AVCG-20 commercial chamber vacuum sealers, including digital temperature control with SCADA data recording software and ported exhaust for clean-room compatibility. External Sealers
Seal bags up to 30” wide with the AmeriVacs CAVS-Series 20-30 Vacuum Sealers. They have a 1/4 inch seal width and are ideal for sealing dry and particle-free products. These sealers have 27 Hg vacuum pressure and 1.7 CFM pump capacity. The CAVS-Series sealers have built-in air compressors, so they don’t require a separate air supply.
AmeriVacs AVN-Series 20-25-30-35-50 Vac Sealers are heavy-duty machines that can seal bags up to 50’’ wide. They have 27 Hg vacuum pressure and include a nitrogen purge feature. These machines come with a commercial warranty, so they're perfect for both business and home use. The AVN-Series sealers require an external air supply.
The AmeriVacs AVS-20 Commercial Vacuum Sealer can seal bags up to 20’’ wide. It has 27 Hg of vacuum pressure and one seal bar with a sealing strip dimension of 1/4” x 20”. This vacuum sealer requires an external air supply.
At only 29 pounds, the AmeriVacs AVP-20 Impulse Sealer can easily be moved around your facility. The AVP-20 has one seal bar to seal mylar or poly bags up to 72” long.
Additional options are available for AmeriVacs external vacuum sealers, including: Dual seal bar heating for military grade bags, dual extraction nozzles, additional vac or gas cycle, low-pressure bar closure, digital temperature control with SCADA data recording software, ported exhaust for clean-room compatibility, and alternate 220V 50/60 Hz power option. AmeriVacs Accessories
The AmeriVacs Multi-Position Machine Stand is made of anodized aluminum and is compatible with the AVS-Series, AVN-Series, and the AVP impulse sealers up to 35 inches wide. This stand brings the sealer to a more comfortable height to help you avoid stooping.
Attach the AmeriVacs Tray 12x20 to the front of an AmeriVacs external sealer to add extra space. It can be adjusted for various heights to accommodate the different sizes of items being sealed.
