Homemade Ice Cream:

Combine contents of one (1) Junket Ice Cream Mix package with 1 1/4 cups of whole milk and 1/4 cup of heavy cream in a bowl. Stir until dissolved. Pour mixture into your home ice cream maker and follow the directions for the machine.
