Create beautiful mini cakes, cinnamon rolls, and fresh hamburger buns in this unique pan from USA Pan! This mini cake pan is made of heavy guage, commercial-grade aluminized steel with a corrugated surface for even air flow and baking results. A clear silicone coating called Americoat gives the pan a nonstick surface, and the corrugated texture also helps your breads and pastries release easily. The nonstick coating is PFOA, PTFE and BPA free. Each well holds 6 oz. of batter or 3.5-4 oz. of bread dough. The wells are 4" across the top and 3.5" across the bottom.

While USA Pan bakeware is built to resist warping, even the highest quality pans sometimes warp. Metal expands when it’s exposed to heat and warping can occur when metal is heated unevenly. In the oven, the bottom of pans heat faster than the sidewalls, so the bottom will expand more quickly, which causes warping. The temperature of the food you’re baking can also affect how evenly the pan heats. The wire in USA Pan bakeware helps return the pan to its original shape as the metal cools.
