Which Dough Sheeter Is Right for You?
We offer three sizes of dough sheeters to suit different needs. The RS101 is a compact model ideal for home kitchens. Its 12"-wide board easily accommodates a batch of six croissants (about 500 grams of dough). The RS201 is designed for larger home batches or microbakeries, featuring a 15.5" board and the capacity to handle up to 1000 grams of dough at a time. Japan Kneader’s newest model, the RS301, is built for bakery use, handling up to 2000 grams of dough per batch on its 21.6" board. Depending on your preferred dough thickness, you may be able to roll more than our suggested amount of dough.
