The 2-quart Yogotherm yogurt maker uses no electricity to incubate yogurt. The styrofoam insulated container maintains uniform temperature, thus avoiding hot or cool spots. It's lightweight, convenient to use, and easy to clean up. The Yogotherm yogurt maker can also be used to incubate other lactic products such as fromage blanc, kefir, buttermilk, and more! It's also useful for incubating cheese making starter cultures when making a mother culture.

To use, heat your milk on the stove, add yogurt culture, then pour the milk into the insulated Yogotherm unit for incubating.
