Preheat for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Once heated, let oven settle for 15 minutes before baking. Bake with oven turned on, or turn off and bake with residual heat. After baking, leave oven door open for a little while to let steam escape. *Best setting for baking bread loaves using residual heat. |
