This advanced Zojirushi rice cooker features micro computerized "Fuzzy logic" temperature control system for outstanding results with every kind of rice including white, brown, sticky, fluffy and sweet varieties, and includes a porridge setting. Easy to read LCD controller is fully programmable; may be set for delayed cooking. Optional quick cook cycle reduces cooking time to approximately 20 minutes.

The Zojirushi's spherical non stick pan design and heating system ensures even heating for perfectly cooked rice from the Zojirushi rice cooker. Lock-tight, sealing lid keeps rice moist. Reheating & keep-warm cycles keep rice at perfect temperature up to 12 hours. Durable commercial-grade non stick interior with convenient measurement marks inside for fast, convenient use. Sturdy carrying handle and retractable cord make it easy to carry unit to table to serve right from cooker.

Capacity: 1 to 10 cups (pre-cooked volume).

The capacity of each Zojirushi rice cooker is stated by how many 6-ounce cups of raw short grain white rice it will hold. Rice will double or triple in volume as it cooks.
