Zojirushi BB-PAC20 Virtuoso Breadmaker
The Zojirushi Home Bakery Virtuoso™ is Zojirushi's flagship bread maker! It makes a light 100% whole wheat loaf or a delightful white bread from start to finish, in a traditionally shaped, 2 pound, horizontal loaf. The Zojirushi BB-PAC20 does an outstanding job of developing gluten and you can use the dough cycle by itself if you want, then finish baking in your regular oven—make dough for crisp pizza crust, light dinner rolls, mouth-watering cinnamon rolls, hamburger or hoagie buns, artisan breads, sourdough, cakes—the possibilities are endless. Don't want quite 2 lbs? The Zojirushi BB-PAC20 bread machine gives you the freedom to make smaller 1.5 lb. loaves also. It even has the ability to make fruit jam and meat loaf. And there's a free quick-start video to make success easy right from the start!
The Zojirushi BB-PAC20 Virtuoso™ features an additional heating element in the lid for perfectly browned crust every time.
“My compliments... Your polite manner, courteous behavior, and professionalism are greatly appreciated. Your company sets the standard for Internet shopping. I will recommend Pleasant Hill Grain highly to all of my friends.”

The Zojirushi bread machine has beefed-up pulleys and belt—the heaviest-duty drive system ever on a Zojirushi breadmaker, for a long, trouble-free life. Unlike most bread machines, the Zo has plenty of power and durability for whole grain dough. Of course, it's equally at home with white flour, or any blend you can imagine. Twin paddles provide superior kneading action so you get well-raised breads with great texture. Its high domed interior keeps your bread from sticking to the lid if your recipe rises a little high, and it also offers crust-control adjustability. Pan inside dimensions are 5"W x 8.75"L x 4.75"D. Pan lining is BPA free.
Zojirushi has added a 10 minute "power interruption memory" into their bread machines, so your bread won't be ruined if your power blinks off.
Just pour ingredients into the Zojirushi automatic bread machine (unmixed!) and select settings (comes with an easy to follow manual). The Zojirushi BB-PAC20 takes it from there and alerts you when your bread is ready. A beep will remind you when to add mid-cycle ingredients, if your recipe calls for some. The control panel is set at the perfect angle for easy viewing, and the Zo's new, bigger-than-ever window lets you see what's happening inside. This new model lets you open the lid during operation without resetting the cycle. Comes with a full set of preprogrammed cycles for a variety of breads, or you can easily create your own custom cycles. The Zojirushi bread machine now remembers three of your favorite custom recipes for one-touch programming. It can also easily be programmed for delayed start (up to 13 hours ahead) so you wake up in the morning to the wonderful aroma of fresh bread for breakfast. Timer works for all bread cycles except Quick and Sourdough cycles.
“I can't believe how fast my order came! I thought about ordering from Amazon for two-day shipping but went with Pleasant Hill instead because I've always had great service. Pleasant Hill's prices were better than Amazon for the items I ordered, and it came just as fast.”
– Barb Waldorf, CO
Zo-gee-ru-sheesh!... How do you SAY this anyway? Do what we do and call it the "Zo"! (Officially, it's zo-jih-ROO-shee.)
The Zojirushi Virtuoso™ comes in a beautiful & durable stainless-look finish with black trim.
Our customers have absolutely loved Zojirushi breadmakers for years, and the new Virtuoso is their greatest machine ever!
Pleasant Hill Grain is a full stocking dealer and most orders ship out the same day.
Cook's Illustrated recommends the Zojirushi BB-PAC20 Home Bakery Virtuoso Supreme Breadmaker because it mixes dough thoroughly and produces loaves with a uniform crumb, thanks to its dual paddles—the other breadmakers they tested all had just one paddle. They also appreciated how intuitive and easy the Zojirushi BB-PAC20 breadmaker is to use.

By Amy G. in WA on 3/11/2016 - Verified BuyerThis is a replacement for a bread machine I had for over twenty years that I really liked. When it finally wore out I did some research and decided to get this one. I have not been disappointed. I make whole wheat bread from freshly ground wheat and it is delicious.13 out of 13 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By RUSSELL B. in CA on 4/22/2014 - Verified BuyerI've been making bread for about twelve years and have tried many methods. I have done the "no knead" method, and I own the mixer considered the gold standard of bread mixers, and now the Zojirushi. Right out of the box it produced a good loaf, and after experimenting with using home ground flour, I think it is actually superior. Having features like a custom cycle allows me to design a cycle to let the dough mature. It's exceptionally well made, and doesn't dance across the counter. The Zojirushi breadmaker is clearly a winner and the "Best in Class".10 out of 10 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Ryan R. in IA on 1/8/2016 - Verified BuyerI've had a few different bread machines over the years, and I've finally bought my last one. This Zo is awesome! Built to last, easy to use, comes with great tasting and easy to follow recipes, and the only machine I'm aware of that produces an actual loaf of bread! No more round odd shaped homemade bread! I highly recommend and well worth the money! I also made some of excellent jam with an easy recipe included. So many options with this machine.8 out of 8 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Thomas S. in Texas on 11/22/2015 - Verified BuyerWe've owned a number of these machines and this one is by far the best. You almost can't mess up as long as you have good ingredients, common sense, and electricity. That last one is important by the way. Who knew the Japanese were so awesome with bread?8 out of 8 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Paul M. - AZ on 9/17/2015 - Verified BuyerThe best purchase ever! This bread machine was not the cheapest, but definitely worth its price. So easy and with such good results for white, brown and even heavy fiber breads. We use it for our pizza dough weekly and we've baked cakes, all very successfully!8 out of 8 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By Mary W. in OH on 2/4/2017 - Verified BuyerI've had three other machines, and each was lacking. Then I found the Zo! The first loaf I made exceeded my expectations. The loaf had risen fully and the crust and texture were perfect. I debated a while before purchasing, mainly due to price, but I firmly believe you get what you pay for and this machine will be baking my family's bread for years to come. Also, I avoided purchasing this from another company after reading about counterfeit issues. This may be worth bearing in mind.
You're quite right, no counterfeits at Pleasant Hill Grain, our stock comes directly from Zojirushi. Thanks so much for your review Mary, and happy baking!6 out of 6 people found this review helpful. Did you?

By Gary B. in IN on 3/21/2015 - Verified BuyerWe've been using this a few times/week for about a year and it is wonderful. It's been a great tool to help our family eat healthier, and it's nice to have a reliable appliance like this!4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you?
By nichba8 on 10/28/2014 - Verified BuyerI am quite pleased with the machine. My old Zo is now being retired only because the pan wore out. It's nice looking, powerful, quiet, doesn't jump around as it kneads. The heated lid does brown top nicely, slicing was easier, no scrunching down. Bread comes out as expected. I shouldn't have waited so long to get it.4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. Did you?
