Vegalene spray-on pan coating prevents food from sticking with a blend of three vegetable oils in a formula having 30% more release agents than other products on the market.

Ingredients are: Partially hydrogenated soybean oil, canola oil, sunflower oil, lecithin, natural flavor, beta-carotene, and propellant (no CFC's). Contains no salt, water, alcohol, cholesterol, or preservatives, and has zero grams of trans fat.

With up to 2300 servings from a single 21 ounce can, using Vegalene stretches your kitchen supply budget while providing superior performance that's relied on by professionals throughout the food service industry. Shelf life exceeds two years.

I had looked at the can of Vegalene several times but thought the price was a little high. I realized how many ounces are in the can, and one for my daughter, one for me. We absolutely love it. She uses it for baking, I use it for cooking. There's a lot of spray in the can. If in doubt, try it just once. This is now my cooking spray.
