Unbleached Parchment Paper

Eliminates the need to grease baking pans. Because it is unbleached, Beyond Gourmet™ parchment paper contains no chlorine or other chemical by-products of whitening. Oven proof to 450° (do not reuse in oven). Roll is 15" wide by 56.96' long. (71 sq. ft. area.)

    I use it every day for many reasons. I use it to protect leftovers when I freeze them with the food directly touching the parchment paper, and then wrapped in foil. Works great. I wrap my garden veggies I grow in it. Cabbage and broccoli stay fresher in this. It is not soaked in chlorine, and I really like that. great price, great company to work with.

    Unbleached parchment paper is a great product for oven use below 400 degrees. I've used it for at least four or five years. No aluminum foil, nothing toxic, and you dispose of it right in your compost bin. I can't get it in stores near me so I ordered it from Pleasant Hill Grain. They delivered it even sooner than I expected. Very pleased.

    I found many of the things I was looking for to enhance my sourdough breadbaking: brodtform in a smaller size, a terrific lame that I like the best of the one's I've tried so far.
    I will come back to find other ingredients and supplies soon.
