Supply note: We drop ship the ThunderBird #22 meat grinder plates, and Thunderbird is out of stock of the 1/8" hole diameter option. They don't know when they'll have more in stock so we aren't accepting preorders at this time.

Stainless Steel Meat Grinder Plates (reversible) for ThunderBird 400E meat grinders made since 2010. If your ThunderBird 400E model is older than 2010, these plates may not fit.

Note: A knife and plate develop a mated wear pattern as they operate together (same as a piston in an engine cylinder sleeve), so it's important to always keep them together as a set. When you reverse the plate to use the new side, use a new knife. Using an unmatched knife/plate set will cause bad performance, rapid wear and possibly breakage. So you will normally want to have two blades for every plate.
