Stainless Steel Meat Grinder Plates (reversible) for ThunderBird 300E meat grinders made since 2010. If your ThunderBird 300E model is older than 2010, these plates may not fit.

Note: A knife and plate develop a mated wear pattern as they operate together (same as a piston in an engine cylinder sleeve), so it's important to always keep them together as a set. When you reverse the plate to use the new side, use a new knife. Using an unmatched knife/plate set will cause bad performance, rapid wear and possibly breakage. So you will normally want to have two blades for every plate.
