Pleasant Hill Grain fully communicated it wasn’t in stock, that they make an effort to stay apprised of when the manufacturer will be shipping to them and give you the best estimate when you should receive your order. Within several minutes I received a phone call from PHG letting me know I'd made an error in my shipping information, and the helpful gent fixed the issue with me on the phone. I live in California and to be honest it’s been many years since I’ve experienced friendly service like that. It reminded me of what customer service used to be like. To conclude, I received email notifications along the way, updating me of my order status, and it arrived in top condition exactly as they described.
