Today we're shipping orders for in-stock items placed November 15. Our Hampton showroom is temporarily closed. Despite high order volume, our amazing shipping team is rapidly reducing processing times—we’ve recently added 20 new team members! We greatly appreciate your business and we’re doing our very best to serve you, as Jim C. of California tells. A word to the wise: Because resupply of many product lines remains daunting, and processing times may grow again in coming weeks, there’s never been a year like this to do your Christmas shopping and other year-end buying very early!

Skeppshult Cast Iron & Walnut Salt Dispenser, 4.7 inch

Spruce up your table with Skeppshult's salt/spice dispenser! Replace your old, fragile spice dispensers with durable cast iron solutions made by a company you can trust. You'll love the handsome look of walnut combined with cast iron, whether it's on your counter or tabletop. Design by Swedish/Danish design duo Carl & Carl.

The Skeppshult salt dispenser with walnut wood lid is designed to store and dispense flaked salt. Simply fill the cavity with salt by removing the lid and pouring the salt in. Once filled with salt, it's easy to dispense flaked salt through the half-inch opening in the lid.

About Skeppshult

Skeppshult of Sweden manufactures artisanal cast iron cookware and cook's tools from strictly controlled raw materials in their factory in Småland. Made without harmful chemicals, their products have an exceptionally long life span, which explains how they can provide a 25 year cast iron warranty. Their natural and environmentally friendly cast iron products are made without harmful chemicals and require little maintenance.

Skeppshult's factory operates the only remaining foundry in Scandinavia making household products in cast iron. Many phases in the manufacturing are still pure hand craftsmanship and dependent upon great professional skill. Undergoing an average of ten quality control inspections before completion, your Skeppshult products will withstand year after year of heavy use.

Carl E. Andersson established his foundry on the shores of the Nissan river in 1906. Much has happened since then, but Skeppshult's commitment to fine craftsmanship remains strong. In an age of mass-produced mediocrity, a Skeppshult cast iron piece is a connection to a timeless standard of excellence. A Skeppshult pan or kitchen accessory is both a tool and an inspiration—an investment you'll never regret.
