A Good Buy
The Harvest Saver commercial food dehydrator has 14 trays that measure 24" x 38" for a total of 88.7 square feet of drying space. The temperature is adjustable from ambient to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and the 3/4 HP fan has four speeds. The dehydrator has a 100% duty cycle, so it can run as long as necessary for high moisture foods. The trays come either perforated or solid for different types of foods.
