LEM Backwoods seasoning and spice blends allow you to season jerky and snack sticks to your flavor preference. No more over- or under-seasoned jerky! You can choose jerky seasoning in Original, BBQ, Hot, Teriyaki, Hickory, Cajun, Mesquite, Jalapeño, or Cracked Pepper. If you prefer snack sticks, those seasonings are available in Hot, Original, or Pepper. Choose curable pound capacities from 4 to 25 pounds. Seasoning your snacks has never been so easy.
Each pouch contains two packets: a cure packet and seasoning packet. Packages are available to season from 5 to 25 lbs. of meat. Yield will be a bit higher with unground meat.
