Bosch Universal Mixer Attachments

The Flour Sifter,only for home-ground flour, sits on top of the Bosch U-Plus mixing bowl. It has an 8 cup capacity and will sift the coarse bran out of your flour.
The Large Slicer Shredder Attachment attaches to the top of the mixing bowl for both the Classic and Universal Plus mixers. The attachment shreds fruits and vegetables as they are fed down the chute. It includes three stainless steel disks: Shredding/Grating (reversible for coarse & fine), Slicing (reversible for thick & thin), and Fine Grating. Purchase a replacement cover for the shredder attachment and a plastic parts pack, just in case!
The Stainless Locking Bowl is available for Universal Plus models. It easily locks onto the mixer’s low speed drive and is compatible with the standard dough hook, whisks, and whip drive.
