Rösle Stainless Food Mill/Strainer

Use the Rösle stainless food mill/strainer to make bean dips, tomato sauce or applesauce, purées including baby food, and much more! The Rösle food mill (also called a passetout) is made of brushed 18/10 stainless steel and designed to meet the demands required for milling food by hand. The mill has three sturdy hooks that set over a bowl or pot to ensure stable positioning. The ergonomic handle makes processing soft foods a breeze!

Two disks are included, one with holes that measure 1mm/0.04" and the other with 3mm/0.1" holes. The finer disk is ideal for processing berries for jams, jellies, and coulis. The coarser disk is best for processing vegetables for thick soups.

The Rösle food mill's bowl diameter measures 8.7" and the handle is 8.5" long. The mill's capacity is 3.2Q (3.1L).
