Rösle Grater

Cook's Illustrated highly recommends the Rösle hand graters. They particularly like the large grating surface, sharp holes, and rigid frame the graters feature and the grippy rubber feet that stick securely to the work surface. 

Grating surface measures 3.5" wide x 8.25" long.
